Transparent charges and no upselling

What do you charge?:

We charge from £26.50 per hour + VAT for standard admin.

​

We have different rates for bookkeeping and social media management so please do let us know what you require.

​

Do you charge by the hour?

We charge by the minute so you'll only ever pay for work we've done. We're not in the business of opening a single email and saying it took an hour! We pride ourselves on complete transparency and provide monthly reports to show you exactly what's been done.

We have a minimum of one hour standing charge per month but every minute of our efforts are recorded for you.

​

Is there a sign up fee?

​

Yes, we charge a one-off onboarding fee of £160.

​

The covers the initial set up of your account, ensuring we are able to access all your systems and getting to know you, your brand and how you want to work with us. We only start charging our regular rate when we're both completely satisfied we're ready to roll.

What about phone lines?​

​

If you choose for us to answer your phones we also charge a line rental of £15 + VAT per month.

What currency do you charge in?

​

We are based in the UK so we charge in £ GBP (British Pound Sterling) and we are UK VAT registered. 

​

Payment is accepted via BACS.
